Where are you located?
We are fully mobile, we come to you! Whether you opt to be serviced at your home or place of employment we can make either happen!
What areas do you service?
We are based in Lynnwood and service all surrounding areas within a 25 mile radius with no destination fee. Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Everett, Marysville, Edmonds, Bothell, Shoreline, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and surrounding areas!
Do you charge a distance fee?
A distance fee of $25 is charged on trips more than 25 miles outside of our service zone. We only travel up to 40 miles out of where we are based in Lynnwood.
Are you insured?
GLAMR GARAGE is fully covered and insured.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are non-negotiable. GLAMR Garage only focuses on full and complete details and we come equipped with all the tools and chemicals necessary to complete your detail. We use only the highest grade tools and chemicals and spend an optimum amount of time on each vehicle making sure it meets our standard of cleanliness.
Do you use any harsh chemicals?
The high majority of the chemicals that are used in our detailing packages are acid free, ph neutral and are completely eco-friendly.
Scheduling and Payments
What form of payment do you take?
We accept debit, credit, cash, venmo and zelle.
Is payment required before booking?
No, however some services do require a deposit to be paid. We require a deposit of 20% to be paid on any service that is over $500. Otherwise, payment will be collected after your service has been completed
Do you offer same day service?
In the event we are available, yes. In most cases, booking an appointment would be best.
Day of Appointment
Do you need access to water and electricity?
No. Our detailing van is completely independent of its own water and electricity. We do not need access to your water supply unless you are getting 4 or more vehicles detailed at one time. We carry our own Spot Free Water. This is water that has been softened and/or filtered through reverse osmosis, distillation, or deionization. These processes remove contaminants and particles that can harm your vehicle, otherwise known as Total Dissolved Solids, or TDS.
Do I need to be present?
Only upon arrival so we may conduct a walk around of the vehicle with you, confirm service requests, and discuss any additional items that we may find.
How long does a detail take?
Every vehicle is different depending on size and condition. We can be at a location for as little as 2 hours and as long as up to 12 hours. For a better idea on how long a service takes, please visit our booking section or contact us directly.
