By scheduling any service with GLAMR GARAGE, you hereby agree to all terms listed on this page.

Booking and Cancellations

GLAMR GARAGE will require a 20% non-refundable booking fee at time of scheduling depending on the service selected. This booking fee is only applied to jobs that are over $500. The deposit is required to schedule your appointment and is applied to your final bill upon completion of service. Once the booking fee is paid, the appointment will be scheduled and you will receive a notification confirming your booking. 

We understand that things happen in life that we cannot control. We want to work with you when issues pop up. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours or more in advance. You may reschedule an appointment once within 30 days with no additional booking fee. If you cannot make 24 hours notice, or no call/no show, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Destination Fee

GLAMR GARAGE does charge a destination fee of $30 for any service that is outside of our service zone. We are based out of Edmonds, WA and service anyone within a 25 mile radius of our location. We unfortunately do not service anywhere that would require us to take a ferry (Whidbey Island, Kingston, Vashon etc) or anywhere beyond a 40 mile radius. We will always be sure to contact you ahead of time to advise you of our destination fee in the event you book outside our service zone. The destination fee will be charged on top of the services you have selected upon completion of your appointment. If you are unaware if you are within our service zone, please contact us directly and we may look that up for you. 

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the date of service. We will collect payment after the service is completed less any deposits made. We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Zelle and tap to pay.

Privacy Policy

Your contact information will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with information about our auto detailing services. We will not share or sell your information with any third-party vendors or advertisers. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails/texts at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email or by replying “STOP” to the auto generated text. We may use your information to contact you about appointment reminders, service updates, or special offers. Your information will be stored securely in our system, and we will take all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. You can request to have your information removed from our system at any time by contacting us directly. We may use your information to improve our auto detailing services and customer experience. We will not use your information for any purposes other than those outlined in this statement without your express consent. We may track and monitor your interactions with our website or social media pages for analytical purposes. We may use cookies or other tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and personalize your interactions with our website. While we take all reasonable care in the provision of our services, GLAMR GARAGE will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during or because of our services. You acknowledge that any damage or loss caused to your vehicle during the provision of our services is the responsibility of your insurance provider. As an additional clause to our terms and conditions policy, GLAMR GARAGE will not be held liable for any damage that are  including but not limited to scratches, dents, holograms, or paint damage that may occur to your vehicle during the provision of our services. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage from occurring, but ultimately, the condition and age of your vehicle, as well as any pre-existing damage, may affect the outcome of our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in good condition and free of any pre-existing damage before the provision of our services. Any damage that occurs during our services will be the responsibility of your insurance provider. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this additional clause to our terms and conditions policy.

Paint Correction, Polishing & Scratch Removal

Paint correction by its definition is the removal of defects in the paint surface of the vehicle. Some scratches may be too deep to remove safely. We will always do our best to minimize them but at the risk of removing too much clear coat. We come with a paint thickness gauge but cannot always guarantee that readings are accurate as all paint and clear coat is different on every vehicle. Especially in the case of a respray. We will always err on the side of caution. It is better to live with a scratch VS taking away too much clear coat. There is only so much clear coat on a vehicle and it can be easy to remove too much material. Once the clear coat is breached and removed, the vehicle panel will need to be repainted. The amount of labor your vehicle needs to get it looking its best is different for every vehicle. A visual inspection will always be required at the time of service and pricing may be subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle. 

Also, during the  course of paint correction, other paint defects may become evident and  we will not be responsible for these pre-existing paint imperfections; smaller scratches, swirls and other defects tend to hide and mask more serious and deeper scratches that will then be more easily seen after paint correction. GLAMR GARAGE will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.

Pre-existing Damages

GLAMR GARAGE will always conduct a vehicle inspection prior to starting your detailing service. We will clearly document photos with timestamps of any pre-existing damages that are but not limited to dents, scrapes, scratches, broken components, worn out, faded, loose, ripped or stained parts. These photos will be stored in our server and not shared with anyone and only used for liability purposes. In the event that there is something that needs to be addressed we will bring it to your  attention. You agree not to hold GLAMR GARAGE responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.

Removal of Personal Items

Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind or no longer present as all of our “detailing services” include a “trash out” service and we will not know what is considered trash to you so there is a chance an item may be thrown out. Any loose change or money found will be collected and put in a ziplock bag and left inside the vehicle upon completion of your service. 

Child Seats

Due to child safety and liability reasons, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove child car seats and booster seats prior to appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will ask you to remove them prior to starting your service. If we cannot get you to remove the seats we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.

Child seats are not detailed to the extent of your service, we may vacuum them for you once they are outside of the vehicle but will not clean them beyond that. 

Vehicle Battery

I understand that the doors, tailgate, trunk and hood may be open for extended periods and may cause battery discharge. I authorize GLAMR GARAGE to utilize either a battery charger or disconnect battery to ensure battery charge. In some cases a jump start may be required. You agree to not hold GLAMR GARAGE liable for any warning lights that may be present after a dead battery is jumped started. 

Engine Bay Detail

We will do our best to be as careful as possible when handling the water and chemicals used when detailing your engine bay. We understand and purposely avoid areas that may risk damaging your vehicle's motor or electrical system. Though it is not common, there is a chance that damage may occur. In the event that this happens you agree to not hold GLAMR GARAGE responsible. Additionally, since such areas need to be avoided we cannot guarantee that the engine bay will be 100% detailed in an effort to protect your vehicle. We will always do our very best to clean as much as we can safely. 

Service Time Policy

Our service times are only an estimate. Your vehicle may take more or less time to complete the agreed upon services depending on the status of your vehicle. 

eGift Cards

Please note that eGift cards purchased from GLAMR GARAGE are non-refundable once purchased. Once an eGift card is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. This policy is in place to protect the value of the eGift card and ensure that our customers receive the full value of their purchase. Once purchased, an email will be sent to you and your recipient. You can share the eGift card with whomever you like. If you have any questions about our eGift card policy, please feel free to contact us for further information. Photo / Video Rights

When scheduling services with GLAMR GARAGE, you give us the right to use photos and videos of your vehicle before, during  and after the service for our social media pages. We will not identify our clients by name without their permission before-hand. License plates will be removed and will not be identified on any of our social media pages. 

Service Guarantee

Upon completion of your car, we will walk you through a complete car inspection of agreed upon services and the results achieved. If, in the unlikely event, that you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will make it right by correcting any unsatisfactory points.
